United Property Associates would like to extend our gratitude to you for your patience and understanding during our transition to the CINC software program. Your support and cooperation have been invaluable as we navigate this change.

If you have already registered for CINC WebAxis, thank you for doing so. If you have not registered, we encourage you to do so. The owner portal will allow you to access your account, make online payments, and, once set-up, access any documents, forms, applications, calendars that your Board determines to post on your Association’s webpage.

Please visit https://upa.cincwebaxis.com to register as an owner of the Hillcrest Farms Homeowners Association.

For those that wish to make payments online, there are several options to choose from:
• Recurring payments (formally known as ACH), the fee associated with this option is $0.75 per transaction.
• Non-recurring (one-time) payments, the fee associated with this option is $2.95 per transaction.
• Credit card payments, the fee associated with this option is 3.25% of the amount being paid.
The only new fee for the above options is the $0.75 fee for the recurring payments. In the past, UPA processed the ACH payments. CINC has the required security needed to make the payments process more secure.

For those that do not wish to pay online, you may still utilize the coupon/check payment method which requires you to mail your payment to the lockbox. You may also have your bank make the payments on your behalf as long as you provide them the required information which usually includes your account number, the address of your unit/lot and the address to send the payment to the lockbox. The address for the lockbox is:
